As an associate of Standards of Excellence for 16 years I have specialized in working with remodelers, contractors, designers, architects and their clients. Prior to joining Standards of Excellence, I was self employed as an independent insurance agent and this provided me with a strong foundation for customer service. Currently, my territory covers Chico to Vacaville, CA and all of the greater Sacramento area.

During my sixteen years with Standards of Excellence, I have worked closely with the trades to meet with their clients and to specify products. These products not only satisfy the wants and needs of the end users, but also the needs and concerns of the trade industry partners involved in the project. I have developed specialized appliance packages for my clients which save them time and increase their profitability. For the past 15 years I have been an active member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry. While working with this organization, I have developed an appliance budget determination process based on the full kitchen remodel budget, a communications task force to improve the communication skills between remodel professionals (designers, contractors and architects).
