King's Kitchen Remodel Designed and built by Tomco Company Inc.

Thomas Schiebout

New Built for a

New Built for a "King" kitchen remodel.

1904 Cottage style home Tomco Company fulfilled this homeowners needs by moving the stairway from the basement to another location in the home. This effectively allowed the kitchen, dining room, and breakfast nook to be opened up into the ever popular and modern “great room” style. The kitchen area was enlarged and updated with new white maple cabinetry and granite countertops. Highlights entail new display cabinets in the peninsula and again in the dining room. The existing hardwood floors were blended in flawlessly. The sagging back porch was lifted and installed on a new foundation. Then it was converted into a functional back entry and cozy breakfast nook. A slate floor instilled the finishing touches into the back entry. Careful attention was made to match all millwork profiles to the existing vintage.
