NARI Member Recruitment Recognition

Member growth and participation is the key to the success of the NARI organization. It is clear that the programs, activities and involvement of the local chapter and chapter members largely impact the success of achieving NARI’s Goal and Purpose. The AIM program recognizes recruitment efforts in several ways:

• Awards for Four Members per Chapter
  NARI National will recognize the Top Chapter member and up to three runners-up who have recruited the most new members for their chapter within the program year. This award will be presented at the chapter level.
• NARI’s Top Recruiter
  The individual who recruited the most members in the program nationwide will be recognized and honored at the Spring National Board of Directors' meeting (including round-trip transportation and hotel accommodations).
• NARI’s Most Successful Chapter
  The NARI Chapter with the highest net growth AND the NARI Chapter with the highest percentage growth in the program year will be recognized and honored at the Spring National Board of Director’s meeting.

Participating chapters submit recruitment information by January 15th of each year.
