A one story mudroom and garage addition was attached to an existing house, which dates back to 1911. The new addition elegantly compliments the original features and fine details. Exceptional craftsmanship is shown throughout the addition through careful planning and construction techniques. This can be seen at the exterior, from the use of a hand-chiseled stone water table to the decorative exposed rafter tails. The interior also incorporates similar aspects with the use of beadboard wall and ceiling finishes and custom cabinetry. The final product reveals a fully functional mudroom that stands out as a piece of art.
