2017 Region 6 Northwest CotY Award Winner, Residential Historical Renovation/ Restoration Under $250,000
The client’s wish list included a more traditional look and feel, better traffic flow, more light, a private master bath and more closet space. The home had its historic features restored while reworking the hall and doorways to redirect traffic flow. Lighting was added throughout the space. The existing dressing room was converted into a master bathroom with additional storage. Repairing and restoring the original style of the home was the central focus of this project. All elements were inspected and either reused or custom milled to match the original design.
