The clients gave up their sprawling square footage and green space and purchased a penthouse to stay in the city. Working in a condominium environment was challenging from both a structural and aesthetic viewpoint, but a luxurious space was executed through unusual shaped environments and in confined footprints. A structural column was used as a backdrop to create a glamorous bar cabinet and light feature.
