These impactful projects highlight NARI of Madison’s dedication to service and community enhancement. Congratulations to NARI of Madison for making a meaningful difference.
The NARI Milwaukee chapter on receiving the 2025 NARI Chapter Community Service Award for their outstanding work on the Main Street Apartments project. Partnering with Hebron Housing Services, chapter members restored and revitalized a four-unit building in Waukesha, Wis., creating safe, affordable housing for low-income families.
Through donated labor, materials, and expertise, NARI Milwaukee turned a neglected space into a home, offering stability and dignity to those in need. As a result, Main Street Apartments now stand as a beacon of hope, showcasing the power of community and collaboration.
When a major accessory dwelling unit (ADU) builder went out of business, hundreds of homeowners' projects were left unfinished, including one Sarah Shuman was building for her father-in-law, a disabled veteran. Beyond the build, NARI of Greater Sacramento provided resources to help other affected homeowners find trusted NARI remodelers, demonstrating their dedication to rebuilding both homes and trust in the industry.

Chapter members also participated in the Great Cycle Challenge USA, raising more than $11,000 for childhood cancer research.
