Alure Home Improvements, East Meadow, New York
This 1930 suburban home has a full living room, dine-in kitchen, powder room and bedroom all on the first floor. The new owner desired better functionality while restricted to renovations within the existing footprint. This interior project included new flooring for the dining room and living room with removal and re-facing of the fireplace facade. The kitchen was opened and redesigned for functionality. The powder room became a three-piece bath, enabling the bedroom to function as both an office and guest quarters. This copious consolidation has added more functionality into the existing space while making it look bigger.
