2018 National CotY Award Winner, Residential Detached Structure
This project is an open-air cabana with a modern style that compliments the existing residence and pool area. Carefully designed to incorporate a myriad of client desires and inspirations, the cabana features a steel and engineered beam construction with cedar, concrete, and steel finishes. An outdoor kitchen, dining space, living area, and bathroom are housed in the cabana, which frames the existing swimming pool and provides a stunning anchor to the space. Additional features include a linear fire table, granite bar, custom lighting, infrared heaters, and an outdoor shower.
