Green Project Recognition, Residential Bath $25,000 to $50,000
Our clients are a busy Military Officer couple, who bought a historic home that needed to be updated. When we worked together to update and modernize their bathroom, it was very important to be as Green as possible and source material for the project as close to home. The bathroom is just shy of 50 square feet, and so trying to make best use of space was challenging. The client wanted to use programmable radiant heat, so we used Schluters Ditra-Heat system, Soapstone flooring quarried from Virginia and salvaged Pennsylvania Barn siding for a wall application.
