When the clients bought this condo a few years ago, no changes were necessary. Since then, their family has grown along with their need for a more functional and contemporary kitchen. To renovate the space, a wall was demolished between the kitchen and dining areas; hardwood floors and subfloors were removed and replaced; electrical panes were relocated; and additional lighting added. This contemporary kitchen now features modern white cabinetry and white Quartz countertops, a mixed-sized subway tile backsplash in neutral tones, stainless steel appliances, and engineered hardwood floors.
