The retired homeowners’ plan was to live in their ranch home as long as possible, but they were not satisfied with their master bathroom. The couple wanted to eliminate the large soaking jet tub they were having difficulty using and replace the surrounding walk-in shower and the vanity. We designed and remodeled the space into a contemporary luxury master bathroom with a minimal curb shower and double vanity, added heated tile floors and made the space more functional for two people with accessibility features, allowing them to age gracefully while increasing future resale value.
